For this product, we had in mind being able to brave brambles, snow, or terrible weather conditions!
If its waistband uses the Everdry Tape® of Sherpa Max to ensure perfect support even when loaded, we have introduced a new, thicker reference for the body of the leggings.
With its 160g/m2, a very tight weave and a water-repellent treatment, this new material is the most protective and resistant that we have had to use in our collections.
But thanks to its Everdry® technology, it still remains much lighter and more breathable than the vast majority of products on the market.
A hydration pack around my waist, as if nothing had happened.
The starting point for these leggings was to offer a winter version of our best seller, the Sherpa shorts.
For this, we took the hydration belt from our Sherpa Race, working on the accessibility of the pockets, so that you can access them even with fingers numbed by the cold.
Around the waist, you will find 2 large pockets (front and back), which can hold 500ml flasks each. On the sides of the belt, secure pockets to store your keys, food or waste.
Patch pockets on the shorts that you forget with the first stride.
At the thigh level, we have used the two large side pockets of our Sherpa Max.
They allow you to accommodate your phone, your headlamp, bars or your survival blanket on each side.
Including the capacity of the belt, these leggings ultimately have the capacity of a small 1.8L bag, which allows you to go out without a bag for up to 3 hours!
A modular and recycled baton holder system (by you!)
We didn't want to create yet another plastic accessory that would stay at the bottom of the cupboard and impossible to find the day you need it.
We therefore thought of a simple and modular system: we added 4 clips to the back of our belt. You can therefore add a Quicklaces type tightening system, elastics from an old trail bag or any tightening system that you find while salvaging your old gear.
Note that even if it starts to take a lot, it is entirely possible to carry both a flask and sticks.

Our production circuit under the microscope
The material of the shorts is French, as are the elastics, transfers and bias.
The manufacturing is done in Portugal in our 4.0 workshop.
In the end there are only 1,490km from one end of the production chain to the other. This is almost 30 times less than a product that would be manufactured in Asia.
