A French material, technical and light: Everdry Merinos.
To achieve this, we used an innovative material developed by our supplier Payen.
A little gem of technology which has a protective outer side (windproof and water-repellent) and a warm inner side in Merino wool, for a weight of only 155 g/m2 when a classic Softshell would be between 300 and 400 g/m2 .
A super compact softshell that you can put in your sherpa belt!
To further improve compactability, we have made the sleeves and hood in a fine, silky and very breathable material of 54g/m2 with a C0 water-repellent treatment (PFC-free).
Once compacted, the jacket takes the size of a 500 to 600 mL flask, for a weight of 160 g in M Men. Which probably makes it the lightest softshell on the market!
The jacket to take everywhere with you in case the wind picks up!
At this weight, it is an active jacket, ideal for physical activity in cold weather. However, it will not be suitable for spending hours immobile in the cold.
Woven and dyed in Ardèche, made in Porto, it is a 100% Made In Europe jacket that travels less than 1,500 km from one end of the production line to the other!
French material and Portuguese manufacturing
The ultra-light material manufactured in Ardèche from A to Z emits up to 12 times less CO2 than its competitors for this type of product.
The t-shirt is assembled in Porto in a state-of-the-art factory, which runs 100% on renewable energy.

Our production circuit under the microscope
The material of the tshirt is French.
As for the manufacturing, it is done in Portugal in our 4.0 workshop.
In the end there are only 1,490km from one end of the production chain to the other. This is almost 30 times less than a product that would be manufactured in Asia.
