For the main material, we chose a very sturdy French Jersey but which will not become waterlogged and will guarantee good sun protection (UPF50+). For the side panel it is an Everdry Air (also made in France) which will dry at an unbeatable speed.
A deformable visor to store your cap in your Sherpa
For the visor, we chose a sturdy but flexible foam. The idea being that it can be folded and deformed frequently in all directions in order to fit in a bag or your Sherpa's pocket.
An elastic headband and a tightening system
So that your cap stays on your head, in a downhill or a storm.
Retro-reflective marking to be seen at night
Very practical for being seen when you're so drunk that you've forgotten to take off your cap after dark...
