1 - Delivery
I would like to know the delivery dates of pre-ordered items
You can keep track of all our products' production stages and estimated delivery dates by going to the tracking tab or by clicking here.
I don't know when I'm supposed to receive my package?
If you have placed a pre-order, the estimated delivery date is noted on your confirmation email.
Please note that if you have ordered several products in pre-order, we wait until all the products are available to make only one shipment.
This significantly reduces our environmental impact related to logistics.
However, if you can't wait because you have a race, an adventure, a holiday or something else planned, let us know at giveme5@wisetrailrunning.com and we'll do what we can to sequence the shipments!
My parcel is announced as delivered but I have not received anything

I received a message to take charge and then nothing...
In the case of pre-orders, we may anticipate the logistics of shipping a little when we are getting ready to receive the production.
We edit the labels and prepare the packages so that all that is left to do is to put the product in them, which generates a message that the order is being processed.
This phase rarely lasts more than a week. If the notification is more than 7 days old, don't hesitate to come and knock on our door to find out what's going on!

We do not offer exchanges. In order to change size, or find a new product, we invite you to place a new order and return your purchase within the next 30 days via the following link: here
What to do with the cover?
It's very simple: Just fold it over and drop it in any letterbox!
But most of all... DO NOT THROW IT AWAY !!!!!
Did I choose the right size?
So yes, we know, we do run small... But be aware that some products are made to be worn tightly (notably the Sherpa).
It is therefore quite normal to feel tight at first, especially as the product adjusts slightly after the first wash.
However, our products are always very comfortable! So if you feel uncomfortable at first, it's because it's too small!

3 - Repair and warranty

When can I use my guarantee?
How long are the products guaranteed?
All our products are guaranteed for 10 years under "normal" use.
Of course, this is up to us! But we are not mean, rather conciliatory ;p
How much does it cost?
We guarantee our products for 10 years, we will repair or exchange your product free of charge if its use is compromised for the following reasons
- a seam comes apart or frays
- the pockets loosen or tear
- the elastic band of the shorts becomes loose
- the point of closure of the front pocket breaks
- a broken stick holder
- the drawstring breaks
On theother hand, anything that does not compromise the proper use of the product and that is simply related to the passage of time, is not subject to warranty:
- Wear and tear of the material (pilling, thread pitted on the material, scratches...)
- serigraphy with a patina
- silicone rubber bands that wear out
In the event that the material is punctured or torn, for example due to a fall or an unfortunate encounter with a tough barbed wire, we offer a repair service for a one-off fee of €19 (we cover 50% of the repair costs).
Who repairs my product?
We entrust the repair to Goodloop and his band of seamstresses who specialise in repairing adventure clothing.
