Lightweight, fast-drying materials
For the main fabric, we chose a strong French Jersey that will not get waterlogged and will guarantee a good sun protection (UPF50+). For the side yoke it's an Everdry Air (also made in France) which will dry at an unbeatable speed.
A deformable visor to store your cap in your Sherpa
For the visor, we chose a strong but flexible foam. The idea is that it can be folded and deformed frequently in all directions to fit in a bag or the pocket of your Sherpa.
An elastic headband and a tightening system
So that your cap stays on your head, in a downhill or a storm.
A retro-reflective marking to be seen at night
Very practical to be seen when you are so baked that you forgot to remove your cap after dark...

Our production circuit under the microscope
The internal and external layers of this jacket are made in France (yarns, weaving, dyeing) at our supplier Payen.
The membrane is laminated in Italy at Vagotex.
The manufacturing is done in Portugal, at our supplier Petratex.
In the end, there are only 1,490km from one end of the production line to the other. That's almost 30 times less than a common technical shirt
