A bi-stretch and water-repellent Everdry® fabric, a perfect compromise between protection and breathability

For this product, we had in mind to be able to brave brambles, snow, or dantesque weather conditions!

The waistband is based on the Everdry Tape® of the Sherpa Max to ensure a perfect fit even when loaded, but we have introduced a new, thicker reference for the body of the leggings.

With its 160g/m2, a very tight weave and a water repellent treatment, this new material is the most protective and resistant we have ever used in our collections.

But thanks to its Everdry® technology, it is still much lighter and more breathable than most products on the market.

A hydration bag around the waist, as if nothing had happened.

The starting point of this legging was to offer a winter version of our best seller, the Sherpa shorts.

For this, we took the hydration belt from our Sherpa Race, working on the accessibility of the pockets, so that you can access them even with fingers numbed by the cold.

Around the waist, you will find 2 large pockets (front and back), each of which can hold 500ml flasks. On the sides of the belt, secure pockets to put your keys, food or your garbage.

Patch pockets on the shorts that you forget at the first stride.

On the thighs, we took the two large side pockets of our Sherpa Max.

They can hold your phone, headlamp, bars or survival blanket on either side.

Counting the capacity of the belt, this legging finally has the capacity of a small bag of 1.8L, which allows you to go without a bag for up to 3 hours!

A modular and recycled (by you!) baton holder system

We didn't want to create yet another plastic accessory that would stay in the back of the closet and impossible to find the day you need it.

So we thought of a simple and modular system: we added 4 clips on the back of our belt. You can add a tightening system like Quicklaces, elastics from an old trail bag or any other tightening system you can find while doing some salvaging in your old gear.

Note that even if it starts to be a lot, it is quite possible to carry both a flask and sticks.

Our production circuit under the microscope

The material of the shorts is French, as are the elastics, transfers and bias.

The manufacturing is done in Portugal in our 4.0 workshop.
