As for the manufacturing, it is done in Portugal in our 4.0 workshop.

Our Accident Guarantee covers you in the event of an unfortunate fall. For one year, we will repair your item free of charge if it is torn or has a hole in it. This guarantee takes effect on the date we receive your order.
Exchange guarantee within the first year, Wise offers to replace your item with a new one in the event of a defect or premature wear affecting the functionality of your product.
In the second year of the product's life, Wise will give priority to repairs at its partner workshop.
