A new generation of membrane, co-developed by our French weaver
It is in the confidence of Payen, our material supplier, that the project of this jacket was born.
After prototyping the world's lightest layers (inside and outside of the jacket), it appeared possible to compete with the famous Shakedry, which does not have an outside layer (more fragile).
Outstanding performance for a new generation of membrane.
The membrane we offer is the first 3-layer membrane of its generation, marketed in pre-production.
It has a 20K* Schmerber waterproofing rating, a RET of less than 4.5, all for a 3-layer of only 50g/m2.
It thus opens the way to a new generation of products that are both high performance and resistant (3 layers).
A product co-constructed with a community of enthusiasts
To accessorize this jacket, we mobilized our entire community of ultra-trailers, through collaborative workshops, but also detailed questionnaires.
The product we have developed is the result of a collective reflexion that gathers all the functionalities our users have been asking for.
A high level of accessorization at the wrists
The sleeve has a mitten system on each side to "batten down the hatches" in case of heavy downpours.
In addition, a thumb and watch pass system keeps the sleeve in place while allowing easy access to the watch.
A visor, a headband and a collar that really protects the neck
In addition to the reinforced visor that guarantees eye comfort during the race, we have added a headband to the hood to ensure that the hood always follows the direction of the eye.
The collar goes up to the chin and really protects the neck.
A waterproof zip with two sliders
The jacket closes with a waterproof double zip that allows ventilation from the bottom, while keeping it closed at the chest.
A gusset in the back compatible with a 12L bag
Using an origami construction, we created a gusset in the back that allows the jacket to be worn directly over a trail bag. This allows you to be sheltered from the weather while protecting your equipment.
Sustainability is the primary lever for reducing the environmental footprint.

The internal and external layers of this jacket are made in France (yarns, weaving, dyeing) at our supplier Payen.
The membrane is laminated in Italy at Vagotex.
The manufacturing is done in Portugal, at our supplier Petratex.

For men, just take your usual size to wear it fitted. For a looser fit, take the next size up.

All our products are guaranteed for 10 years. We will repair or exchange your product free of charge if its use is compromised, whether it's a loose elastic or a frayed seam.
In the event that the material is punctured or torn, for example by a fall or an unfortunate encounter with a tough barbed wire, we offer a repair service at a one-off cost of €35.

Yes, this jacket is a 3-layer, which means that the membrane is protected between two layers of fabric (the layers) and is not in direct contact with the bag.
This membrane has excellent abrasion resistance tests.
However, in order to protect your belongings from bad weather, it is possible to slip the jacket over the bag.

In the case of pre-orders, we may anticipate the logistics of shipping a little when we are getting ready to receive the production.
We edit the labels and prepare the packages so that all that is left to do is to put the product in them, which generates a message that the order is being processed.

So yes, we know, we do run small... But be aware that some products are made to be worn tightly (notably the Sherpa).
It is therefore quite normal to feel tight at first, especially as the product adjusts slightly after the first wash.
However, our products are always very comfortable! So if you feel uncomfortable at first, it's because it's too small!
